Dr Shiona Chillas is a Project Member with The Enterprise of Culture. Based in the Institute for Capitalising on Creativity within the School of Management, University of St Andrews, Shiona's research will involve working alongside Principal Investigator, Professor Barbara Townley, and Research Assistant, Mindy Grewar.

Shiona has worked in the School of Management since September 2009 after completing her PhD studies at the University of Strathclyde, Department of Human Resource Management. Her doctoral research, funded by an ESRC Case Scholarship in collaboration with the Scottish Government, is entitled 'The changing nature of graduate employment'. The research explored higher education to work transitions in detailed occupational case studies. Since then, Shiona has worked on a variety of projects and has published in Organization, Employee Relations, New Technology Work and Employment.
